Limited Registration Price

The puppy dog you are purchasing is for a Limited Registration.
Limited Registration Puppies vary in price from $800 to $1,600 depending on which Dam and Sire we mate.
The Limited Registration purchase price shall include current vaccinations, deworming, Limited AKC Registration Application, and copy of Dam and Sire’s pedigree.

Limited Registration means that the puppy dog can be registered with the AKC, however, No litters produced by that dog are eligible for registration. The Limited Registration shall continue regardless of any change of ownership, unless and until, the owner of the GSD litter at birth shall apply to the AKC for removal of the limitation.  Such action is at the sole discretion of the breeder and owner of the original litter.

Limited Registrations can be promoted to Full Registration at some future point in time, by paying for the additional value of the registration and related processing fees.

  • Within the first 12 months of age, we will process a Limited Registration to Full Registration for $400.
  • After the first birthday a Limited Registration can be promoted to Full Registration for an additional $500 paid to the Seller; plus full documentation and

Purchase Deposits

A $300.00 deposit is required for the purchase of a Majestic German Shepherd puppy not yet on the ground.  The order in which your deposit is received will determine the order of your selection.

Deposits can be made via  Bank Check, Personal Check, Money Order, or Cash.  At the time you make your Deposit, you may consider choosing one of our Purchase Payment Plans that best suits your needs.

We will send you an email confirmation of your deposit within 72 hours of its receipt.  If you choose to mail the deposit, please keep in mind that we will consider it paid when received and not when it is mailed.  Please review and complete the Majestic GSD Sales Agreement and submit to us with your deposit.

We reserve the right to exercise a first pick from each of our litters.  In the unlikely event that puppies become unavailable, we will place your deposit in our next available litter, unless we mutually agree on a different litter. Future litters are subject to price changes/increases, as per our pricing policy.

Majestic GSD Sales Agreement

If you are interested, you may request the review, completion, and signing the Majestic GSD Sales Agreement and submit to us with your deposit.
If you are making your deposit electronically we may scan or email a copy of the Majestic GSD Sales Agreement.   We will provide a fully executed copy of our Agreement when you take possession of your Majestic German Shepherd puppy dog. When the link is broken you may contact us.

Purchase Payment Plans

It is our intent to assist you in realizing your goal of having a Majestic German Shepherd of your very own.  You may at any time during or after making your Deposit, consider choosing one of our Purchase Payment Plans that best suits your needs.  Payment Plans help us anticipate periodic payments that may help you avoid a large final payment on your pick-up date.  In all cases, all Majestic German Shepherd puppies must be paid in full, before they are released.  If the link is broken, please inquire with us.

Shipping and Related Costs

Puppy Shipping Options and Costs are determined as a separate transaction, and must be estimated per puppy  at the time of  the event (subject to change). Please contact us for further information.

Pet Health Guarantee

If upon examination by a Licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), your puppy is diagnosed with a genetic defect, which is a life threatening condition, the buyer upon meeting the provisions outlined below, may either: 1) elect another available puppy, or 2) choose to wait for a puppy from the next available litter.

A Genetic Defect means that the Documented Diagnosis is a Life Threatening Condition.

The pet health guarantee provisions for a replacement puppy will apply, when all of the following requirements are met:

    1. The buyers take their new puppy to a Licensed Veterinarian for a wellness exam within 72 hours of the purchase date,  and a written, dated record of health findings is retained with the buyer’s puppy records;
    2. The dog is declared to be genetically defective by a licensed veterinarian within ten months of the purchase date, but no later that the pet’s first birthday;
    3. The attending veterinarian completes the bottom portion of the sales agreement and attaches a document describing the health condition in detail,  a clearly articulated prognosis, and includes copies of all available laboratory reports, xrays, etc.;
    4. The genetic life threatening documented prognosis is Communicated to the Seller within 72 hours of the date the diagnosis is made;
    5. All health  guarantee required documents  (numbers 1 – 4) are attached to a copy of the Sales Agreement;
    6. Buyer acknowledges that the seller is not, under any circumstances, responsible for any veterinarian or health examination related expenses incurred by purchaser at any time after taking possession of the pet. No Exceptions.

If buyer chooses not to take their new puppy for a wellness exam within 72 hours of the purchase date, the Pet Health Guarantee Provision becomes null and void regardless of any findings at any subsequent health examinations.  No Exceptions.

Hip Dysplacia Provision: If your puppy dog develops crippling Hip Dysplacia at anytime from the purchase date to the date of their first birthday, we will replace the dog as soon as possible with another available puppy, or  a puppy from the next available litter. For this Provision of the Contract to be fulfilled the buyer will need to submit hip x-rays to the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) http://www.offa.org/ for evaluation, at their own expense.  The original written documented results of such evaluation should be submitted to the Seller as outlined in provisions 1 – 6 above. No Exceptions.
